NtathaSoft was established in 2008. It is owned and managed by the Madide Business Group. Mr. Nhlanhla Zungu is the owner of the Madide Business Group, which comprises of small and medium business enterprises that sepcialise in developing business and technology in South Africa.

Mr. Zungu is self made business man. He studied and obtained a programming diploma at Crux C.T.I. He started as a software developer working in various Software and Technology Development houses and companies in South Africa. In the years 2006 to 2008 he assited in setting up small businesses in and around Durban. He gained much experience from consulting, attending business seminars, trying out methods and ways to make succesful businesses and freelancing whenever the opportunity arose.
